S'ARENAL
S'Arenal beach, also called s'Arenal "gran(it means a place where there is a lot of sand) has a smaller beach, surrounded by pine trees near, known as s'Arenal, but "petit" (small), because the beach is smaller. Bouth are sandy beaches and, after Cala Marçal beach, is the biggest one in Portocolom. It is located near the light house by the mouth of the bay. It has W.C. service, two bars (one of them with a terrace). Here is where the famous dinner "sopar a penyes" takes place during the Fiestas of San Jaime in July. The beach is easy to reach, both by car and by boat.

S'ALGAR
S'Algar is a small virgin cove located only 500 m far from the old town of Portocolom, so it makes it to be a very visited cove during the summer season And it is also one of the most favorite places for visitors.You get there through a non-asfalt road on our left hand side on the way to the light house. Mediterranean garrigue flora. The cove is not actually sandy, but it depends on the season you might find some sand on the cove. It does not have any kind of service like showers or bar. The cove has an easy acces both by sea and by car.

CALA MARÇAL
Located in the urbanization of Cala Marçal, which is at only 500 m. far from Portocolom, a place growing everyday with all main services. It is rhe biggest beach in Portocolom and one of the biggest ones in the Municipality together with Cala Ferrrera beach. It is a sandy beach and it has all kind of facilities, so it was distinguished with the blue flag. Every year it holds Sports competitions like volley-ball-beach, football-beach. It can be reached easely, in fact there are boats trips from here to other Ports like Cala d'Or and Cala Figuera.

CALA SA NAU
Located only 2 Km. far from the little tonn of s'Horta it is the probably the favorite one for the visitor, surrounded by other wonderfull coves like Cala Estreta and Cala Mitjana. All of them are sandy. To get there by boat it is a great pleasure. You can get to Cala Sa Nau through a paved road, too. Cala Sa Nau has a bar, sun beds, umbrellas and all kind of facilities.
